This image is from a 27 year old who had a scooter wreck delivering pizzas. Patient was complaining of pain in his wrist. Plain radiographs were questionable for fracture. CT was recommened to rule out fracture. The radiologist read it as an acute nondisplaced fracture through the hook on the hamate.
